During her extensive career Carolyn has managed and advised fundraising programs in the education, social service and health care sectors.

She has designed and delivered services in areas ranging from major donor prospect identification; donor cultivation and stewardship strategies;  prospect information management systems; organizational performance benchmarking; peer best practice reviews, and a multitude of other client engagements. She is a prolific writer on issues in the charitable sector, including new media and e-Philanthropy.  She is tech-savvy and has highly tuned investigative skills, which she applies to monitoring of nonprofit and donor news and trends.
